Store Terms: 

Inventory: Nothing will be chewed, nicked, broken, discolorized, etc unless otherwise stated in description. 

New parts: All parts sold as new are brand new and unused. This means they are the condition they came in the box. This condition can vary, we do our best to sort out any major flaws or issues with parts and list them as used. This excludes minifigs which we often ship built to keep in the best condition possible. 

Used parts: Condition may vary in color, condition, and age. SOME OLDER COLORS MAY BE BRITTLE AND DAMAGE OR BREAK EASILY. Please be aware of this when buying used pieces. We can only guarantee that you will get them in the condition listed safely. 

Storage:  All parts are stored in a smoke free environment. We do have pets; however they are not in direct contact with stock at any time, nor in the storage area regularly.

Parts Handling:  Parts are sorted and picked by hand and as such may have some fingerprints on them when you receive them (most visible on clear or black parts). While picking or sorting parts, hands are washed and kept clean, and food is not consumed. The quality of your order is important to us. (Fingerprints can usually be removed by rubbing the surface with a soft cloth or even using some glasses or screen cleaner spray)

Payments: Only PayPal can be processed at this time.

Inventory:  We do our best to keep as accurate of an inventory as possible, however, should a mistake be discovered in our available stock or part condition prior to shipment, we will do our best to make it right. Starting with contacting you to let you know the issue. 

We do not differentiate mold types. This is not our policy but BL since they combined the different mold types. And we sync both stores
