Our simple rate shipping price includes postage and handling. Your order will be carefully bagged and shipped in whatever packaging best suits your order and will keep all contents safe** We really try to limit our carbon footprint so if you would please recycle all of the packaging materials when you are done that would be great. Thanks for keeping our world clean!

Orders are shipped to the BrickOwl address listed on your order. Please make sure it is correct. (If your address is wrong and so it is delivered to the "wrong" address we are not responsible)

Almost all orders will come with a tracking number which will be added to your order page.

Orders are usually packed and shipped as soon as we can. Keep in mind this is a part time thing and we have jobs and lives outside of this. Thank you for understanding. (please allow more time for bigger orders) Orders placed on the weekend will typically go out the next Moday. This is because we ship in 1-3 business days Monday-Thursday. Once the order is shipped it may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to show that the post office has it please do not contact us asking if we have shipped yet unless it has been more than 5 days since you placed the order and there is no tracking # or the tracking hasn't shown as at the post office.

Our simple rate shipping is $5.25 (usps recently raised their prices) We will pack your pieces together in as few bags as possible without damaging them to save cost and limit waste. This method makes it easier for both us and the customer. This also gives us the option to pack/ship your order in the safest way. (We cover any additional costs for shipping so there is no need to worry)
